Before we even touch a design, we look at all you wish to achieve with your site. We'll look at interactivity, functionality, content, general design direction, specific architectural needs, site optimization, future scalability, and any/all other elements that are crucial to making your site a success.
Web Design
Along with outlining your objectives, we'll also ask for your feedback on other specific Websites that you like (or dislike), as well as specific features that you'd like to include in your site design. We'll also make suggestions on integrating features such as interactive Flash applications and dynamic Web video to enhance the look and usability of your site.
We also can determine how best to integrate your Website into your business process, too. Some specific examples of this include:- Recording online sales in your accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Great Plains, etc.)
- Utilizing specific customer service tools (e.g., shipment tracking, live chat windows, etc.)
- Interactivity with databases (e.g., self-management of subscriber/user data, etc.)
We'll then develop several design drafts of your site's homepage for you to choose from. After gathering your feedback and making up to three design revisions, we'll arrive at a homepage prototype for your site. We'll then develop several interior page templates based on the homepage prototype that you've selected.
Web Graphics
Click Optimize has an extensive stock photo library, containing a variety of photography and graphics, covering a multitude of topics. And, if we don't have it in our library, we'll create it using the latest software by Corel, Adobe, and Microsoft. Plus, we have a network of freelance photography partners who can get just the shot you need.
Copy Writing
Targeted content on your site is crucial to increasing your exposure to search engines. We'll work with you to create engaging copy for your site from scratch. Or, we'll gladly work with content that you provide us, editing and polishing your content as needed for maximum impact.
Web Production
Based on your Website's requirements, we will handle all aspects of programming your site, utilizing a variety of programming languages that may include:- HTML

- and Adobe Flash.
During the production process, we also will complete the necessary programming to integrate your Website into your business process. Plus, we'll test your site on all of the major browsers, including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari, to ensure cross-browser compatibility.
You'll also receive exclusive access to your development site—a hidden site on our Web servers where you'll be able to track the development of your Website and provide feedback on the site as it comes to life.
Launch Of Site / Web Site Hosting / E-Mail Set-Up / Training
Once programming and testing are complete, you'll review the final site and submit your approval of the new Website before launch. Once you've signed-off on the final site, we'll bring your site live on the Web. We encourage our clients to use our affordable, robust hosting services; however, we also can work with pre-established hosting plans, too.
Our team also will provide you step-by-step tutorials on how to use/admin features of your new site, including how to utilize content management systems, databases, and more.
After site launch, we'll also jumpstart your Internet marketing strategies to make sure your new site gets the exposure it deserves!
